This blog is where we share everything we're learning. Some posts come straight from conversations with support teams, the patterns we keep seeing, and the problems nobody seems to have good answers to. Others are more practical: honest guides and takes on the tools in this space.
Our co-founder and CEO Nivedha spent over a decade in support before building Pageloop, so she's lived every problem we write about firsthand. Pageloop is everything she wished she'd had back then. Fatema keeps everything documented and is the voice behind these posts. Nishanth drops in from time to time with a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like to build and develop the product.
