What's New in Pageloop
New features and improvements
Improvements
GitHub Workspace Guidance for Suggestions
GitHub-based AI suggestions can now follow workspace-specific guidance, matching the personalization available in other integrations.
Improvements
Draft Article Retry Improvements
Retrying a failed draft article no longer shows a "Job not found" error. Failed drafts show their generating status while a retry runs, and now offer a clear Dismiss option when retrying isn't the right next step.
New Release
Chat Tab for Article Drafts
You can now answer AI follow-up questions in a Chat tab while reviewing newly drafted articles. The draft review screen also highlights when input is needed, so article creation doesn't stall unnoticed.
Improvements
Chrome Extension Sign-in
The Chrome extension can now recognize your sign-in status without requiring an open Pageloop tab.
Improvements
Video Upload Resilience
Video uploads now warn before you leave the page, helping prevent accidental lost uploads. Drafts restore the title and notes after a refresh, and failed uploads keep your draft intact for easier retries.
New Release
Video uploads
Upload product walkthrough videos when finding updates or creating new articles. Pageloop analyzes the video with timestamped frame captures so suggestions and drafts reflect what's happening in the product visually. Progress shows in the sidebar as it works, and each draft and update links back to the source video.
Improvements
Smarter Article Creation from Support Conversations
Pageloop now uses data from support conversations when creating articles, so new drafts come with better context from the start.
New Release
GitHub Integration for Suggestions
Pageloop now generates article suggestions from GitHub PRs. These are combined with any other sources you have set up, such as Linear, Jira, Slack, or your support tickets.
Improvements
Stale Source Warnings in Finding Updates
When updates are sitting in Pageloop and an affected article was edited after Pageloop fetched it, a warning banner now appears at the top when you open the article to update. With a single click, the update is regenerated with the latest version of the article.
New Release
Help Scout Integration
Help Scout is now fully supported. Connect your account, sync articles into Pageloop, and publish back with a Push changes button and an Open in Help Scout shortcut. What you write in Pageloop is what lands in Help Scout. Callouts, tables, code blocks, images, and videos are all supported.
Improvements
Suggestions - May
The suggestions list now defaults to the last 30 days, so you're not scrolling through months of old results. Switch to "All time" if you need the full history, and Pageloop remembers your choice.
You can now sort suggestions by how many sources back them up or by most recent. Source counts are visible directly in the list, so you can tell at a glance which suggestions have the most evidence behind them.
New Release
Human in the Loop
Pageloop can now asks you clarifying questions (when necessary) before continuing certain updates. The questions appear in a chat on the update details page, so you can give the agent more context without switching screens. Your answers and the agent's questions stay visible as a conversation timeline.
Improvements
Brand Colors
Organization admins can now manage brand colors in settings. Chosen colors will appear as the first options in the image editor annotation color picker, and new annotations default to your saved brand color.
Improvements
Integrations
Salesforce Knowledge conversations (closed cases, chats, and messaging sessions) can now generate content suggestions, helping teams catch article updates from real support patterns.
New Release
Scheduled Publishing
Schedule new Zendesk and Intercom articles to publish at a specific date and time. You can edit or cancel before it goes out. A status banner shows what's currently queued.
Improvements
Finding Updates - April
We now show an "In Progress" counter on the Updates tab, so you can see at a glance how many changes still need your attention.
The suggestions popover has moved to the right-hand side. Your article text stays visible while you review, so you can compare before and after side by side.
New Release
Review and Media
The review sidebar now has a Media tab where you can browse flow screenshots and uploaded images, and drag them directly into the editor while writing.
When replacing a screenshot, you can now choose "Media from Flow" to open the Media tab and select an image from your recording.
Improvements
Integrations
Help Center
Document360 is now supported. You can sync articles, review changes, and publish updates without leaving Pageloop.
Salesforce Knowledge now fully supports drafts, updates, and publishing. Your articles look the way they do in Salesforce, preserving formatting like borderless tables, image sizing, and article categories.
Additionally our Zendesk integration has been upgraded to support the new editor.
Source
Connect your Jira account and tag Pageloop on any issue. The Jira integration uses a Forge app to comment on threads as Pageloop.

Currently available for Intercom. Read more here.
Improvements

Improvements
