Video to Docs

Turn product videos into ready-to-publish help articles.

Upload a screen recording, walkthrough, or feature demo. Pageloop analyzes the video, identifies documentation opportunities, and generates new articles or updates the ones you already have.

Animation illustrating how Pageloop turns an uploaded video into documentation. A video card labeled "Uploaded Video" for "Product Sync — Q3 Roadmap" (58:24, Recording) appears at the top, with its progress bar filling as if processing. A dashed line connects it down to the Pageloop logo icon, from which four more dashed lines fan out to reveal the caption "Pageloop scans your uploaded videos and pulls out every article it could create or bring up to date." Four color-coded cards then appear below: an orange "New Article" card titled "Bulk export limits," a green "Update" card titled "New SSO setup flow," a red "Update" card titled "Webhook retry behavior," and a blue "New Article" card titled "Deprecating v1 API" — each labeled "From Product Sync."

How it works

Upload a video. Get articles back.

Drag and drop a screen recording, walkthrough, demo, or onboarding video. Pageloop supports MP4, MOV, WebM, and AVI files up to 2 GB. Once uploaded, the video is analyzed automatically. New articles appear in your Articles tab, and updates to existing content appear in your Updates tab, ready to review and publish.

Screenshot of the Pageloop "Upload Video" panel. A required "Title" field shows placeholder text 'Example — "New dashboard walkthrough"', with a "Process Video" button in the top right. Below, a "What to Expect" section lists three numbered steps: 1) Your video uploads — sit tight, this usually takes a minute or two; 2) Pageloop analyses the content — we scan the video and figure out what needs to be created or updated; 3) Articles & Updates show up — ready for you to review and publish.

When to use it

Your team records videos. Now those videos do the writing.

Product launches, onboarding walkthroughs, feature demos. Your team is already recording them. Pageloop turns those existing recordings into structured help content. Automatic documentation from the videos your team already produces, so nobody has to sit down and write from scratch
