Support and documentation conferences: what's left in 2026
The full run of support and docs conferences from now through December

The support and documentation conference calendar for the rest of 2026 has some exciting eight events between late August and early December, plus a handful of monthly meetups. Here are the dates, prices, and who each one is aimed at, with links to register. Vendor-run sales conferences are left out, since those exist to sell you the host's product rather than to compare notes with peers (not as fun imo).

Nov 2–3, online, free to attend

Between conferences, the Write the Docs meetups run year-round: London every third Thursday, plus a virtual East Coast group every other Friday that anyone can join from anywhere.
Dates that close first
NORDIC TechKomm's early bird ends September 1, and Support Driven's New York call for speakers closes September 4. Registration for the two free events, CX Day and Technology Days, is open now.
Of the paid conferences: Expo is aimed at support teams, LavaCon at documentation and knowledge people, and the AI summit at support leaders working on AI rollout.
